Show Saddle Blankets

I have hand-crafted over one thousand blankets to date and each one was unique! The following categories contain photos of blankets I have created in the past. These blankets have all been sold and the pictures are for reference only. These blankets are featured to demonstrate the wide variety of possibilities! Let your imagination soar...or better yet...put my skills and creativity to the test and allow me to create a unique "One-of-a-kind" Blanket just for you! If you can imagine it, I can probably create it!!! I can customize a blanket with embroidered designs in almost any theme from barrel racing to pole bending, western pleasure, jumping, trail riding, roping, etc. I can even do a head study or full body embroidery of almost any breed of horse!

Do you have a specific color combination you want to match that special tack, show outfit or a vivid color that will stand out on your horse, pony or even your mule? Maybe you have a special size you need? Your blanket can be personalized with your horse's name, your stable name or your name! I have even created "memory" blankets as a tribute to a loved one with an inscription added to the back of the blanket.

I do offer blankets that would be appropriate for men and boys too! The designs that are more popular for the "guys" included team roping, bronc riding, bull riding and steer wrestling! The "guy" blankets are not quite as in demand as the "fancier" blankets, but if you have that special cowboy in your life and are interested, don't hesitate to ask about styles and designs available for the "boys"!

"JUST CHARMIN" blankets feature the following:
ONE OF A KIND - Each blanket is individually designed and handcrafted so no two blankets are ever alike!
GENUINE CRYSTALS - Hundreds and Hundreds on each blanket! The crystals are heat set according to manufacturer's instructions then double and tripled checked to make sure they are set securely. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION - The blanket is quilted through all layers for stability, strength and looks! Quilting the entire blanket prevents the padding and backing from shifting, stretching and "bunching up" and it adds beauty and depth to the look of the blanket! This is a time consuming process, but constructing a quality blanket that will hold up over time is well worth the effort! All appliqués are machine sewn for DURABILITY. PREMIUM MATERIALS - The quality of the fabrics/materials used to construct these blankets determines the quality of the end product! The blanket top is made of upholstery fabric that is engineered for abrasion resistance so it will withstand use under a saddle!

PADDING & BACKING - A polyester blend blanket is used for the inner layer and the back of the blanket is made out of polar fleece which is extremely sturdy and it helps protect the horse's back if you choose to use this blanket without a liner or additional blanket.

DURABILITY - The finished saddle blanket is extremely durable and it is about as heavy or slightly heavier than a woven wool blanket and is approximately 3/8" to 1/2" thick. I recommend you use a felt liner, wool pad, Mayatex blanket or a Navaho blanket underneath these "show" blankets to protect your blanket from dirt & hair while providing a little more cushion.
